Julie Tourangeau

Julie Tourangeau is a bestselling author, and second generation State Farm Agent.

Julie grew up in downtown Rochester where she attended Stoney Creek High School and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing at Oakland University. Julie started her career at a young age working in her father Bob's insurance agency in Clinton Twp, which was one of the leading offices in the entire company in the 90s. She learned early on how doing the right thing for your customers and taking care of people by protecting local families leads to a successful, rewarding career.

After her father passed, Julie has held leadership positions in both the natural foods and insurance industries. In 2020, she published the Amazon # 1 Bestseller "Free Yourself from Grief: The Secret to Moving on with Life after the Death of a Parent" to help others rewrite tragedy and loss into their very own success story. Her passion is to help families protect themselves for when the unthinkable happens focusing on planning through life insurance. She has been featured in Woman’s World Magazine and MLive for her work as a blogger and author. Julie is a motivational speaker who strives to inspire others to thrive, no matter what impossible circumstances there may seem to be.

She loves serving her hometown through families and business owners in the growing Brooklands area in downtown Rochester Hills.

Our office sits on Auburn Rd at the heart of the newly renovated downtown Brooklands area in Rochester Hills, which borders both Shelby Township and Troy. Our crossroads are Auburn Rd and Melvin Ave, with our most major intersection being Auburn and Dequindre .
